This property is on the new development of Sunset Ridge, which is situated
just off US Highway 27, less than a mile south of the junction with Interstate
4. It is a gated community, approximately 10 - 12 minutes drive from Disney
World. Orlando International Airport is 30 - 40 minutes drive away and Orlando
Sanford Airport is 60 - 70 minutes.
The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are master
suites and the three remaining bedrooms share the third bathroom. These are a
double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a bunk bedroom, which sleeps three. The
bathroom in one of the master suites goes directly out onto the patio, where
there is a good sized pool and deck and a covered lanai. For safety, a safety
fence can be erected around the pool.
Patio doors lead out from the family room, which has sofas, a large
television, a DVD player and a hi-fi. There are bar stools at the kitchen
counter and also a dining area with dining table and chairs. In the kitchen is
a cooker, a microwave, a fridge/freezer with ice-maker, a dishwasher and a
waste disposal unit. All the kitchen appliances are included in the sale.
There is also a utility room which houses a washer and drier.
The living room / study is located at the front of the house and has sofas,
a television and a PlayStation 2. There is a third television in one of the
master bedrooms. The two-car garage has been made into a games room, with
table tennis, a pool table, table football and a dart board. The games room
has had air-conditioning and flooring installed. The villa has a security
alarm and also a safe, which is located in one of the master bedrooms.
The house is fully-furnished and has been well looked after, both inside
and out. All furniture, linen and household items are included in the
