The Rainbow Springs, a single-storey, four bedroom villa, is situated on
The Manors at Westridge, a walled & gated community within the Westridge
development. Disney World is 15 minutes drive, Orlando International Airport
is 30-40 minutes and Orlando Sanford Airport is 60-70 minutes.
The villa will sleep up to 10 people and has 3 bathrooms. It is fully
furnished to a high standard and includes many extras and upgrades. It is
fully air-conditioned and comprises a master bedroom with en-suite, a double
bedroom with a bathroom close by and, sharing the third bathroom, a twin-bedded
room and a room with bunk beds to sleep three people. The family room is large
and there is a second living area, a dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook and
laundry room.
In the kitchen is a fullsize cooker, microwave, large capacity fridge/freezer
with ice-maker, dishwasher, waste-disposal unit and all cooking and dining
requirements. In the laundry room is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and
ironing board. All linen, except beach towels, is supplied. There is a cot, highchair
and pushchair for smaller guests and a hairdryer in each bathroom. The villa has
ceiling fans throughout and, for your personal security, we have installed a safe.
We also have our own mailbox.
The villa has telephones, cable TV, VCR, DVD, a hi-fi and a PlayStation 2. The
television in the family room has digital cable, which carries the FOX Soccer
Channel, featuring live British football. There are also two extra TVs and the main
telephone includes an answerphone.
Patio doors open onto the extended pool area at the rear of the property,
where you will find a large pool (15'x30'), a jacuzzi, underwater lighting and
patio furniture. It is fully screened, to let in the sunshine, but keep out the
bugs! There is also a covered lanai, for keeping out of the hot sun. The patio
area faces south for daylong sunshine and is not overlooked. |
