The Cherokee is a single-storey four bedroom, two bathroom villa,
which will sleep up to 10 people, situated on Westridge, a mix of rental
and residential homes, away from the hustle and bustle. It is 15 minutes
drive to Disney World, 30 - 40 minutes to Orlando International Airport
and 60 - 70 to Orlando Sanford Airport.
The villa has been professionally furnished and is equipped throughout
with many luxury features and extras. It is fully air-conditioned and
comprises a master bedroom with en-suite, a double bedroom, two twin-bedded
rooms, second bathroom, large family room with sofa-bed, kitchen, breakfast
nook, dining room and laundry room. There is a cot, highchair and pushchair
for smaller guests and a hairdryer in each bathroom. The villa has ceiling
fans throughout and, for your personal security, we have installed a safe.
We also have our own mailbox.
In the kitchen is a full sized cooker, microwave, large capacity
fridge/freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher and waste-disposal unit, plus all
cooking and dining requirements. The laundry room has a washing machine,
tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and all linen, except beach towels, is
supplied.
The villa has a 32" LCD HD television, with digital cable, which carries
the FOX Soccer Channel, featuring live British football. There are also two
extra TVs, a DVD player, VCR, Hi-Fi and PlayStation 2. Free broadband
internet is also available, should you wish to take your laptop computer.
There are two telephones in the house, one including an answerphone.
To the rear of the property is a patio and large pool (15'x30'), with
jacuzzi, underwater lighting and patio furniture. It is fully screened,
to let in the sunshine, but keep out the bugs! The patio area faces west
for daylong sunshine, has a covered lanai and is not overlooked. The views
at sunset are stunning. |
