Most of our villas are managed and maintained by TLC Best Home Care
Management Company, which is run by a couple from England. However, most
of their staff are local Americans, which makes for a good mix of knowledge.

Situated on US Highway 27, the Westridge development
is located four miles north of Interstate 4 and four miles south of Highway
192. It is a mixed community of rental and residential homes.
On-site facilities
include a communal pool, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball nets,
a children's play area and a Cabana. Close by is a Publix supermarket,
petrol station, convenience store and Wal-Mart Superstore. There are many
diners, shops and good restaurants within easy reach and plenty of excellent
golf courses nearby (Highlands Reserve, one of the best, is next door). |

The Manors North and Manors South are the newer parts of the Westridge development.
They are walled and gated communities, which are entered by a gate code.
There is a communal pool on the Manors North, and a clubhouse which houses a small
gym.
Nearby is a supermarket, petrol station, pharmacy and Wal-Mart Store and there are
numerous diners, shops and good restaurants within easy reach. The area has lots of
excellent golf courses and Highlands Reserve, one of the best, is next door. |

This is a new development, situated just off Highway 27, about a mile south of the
Interstate-4 Exit, where there is a selection of shops, diners and restaurants. It is located
in a quiet area, down a minor no-through road.
Postner City, a brand new area of shops and entertainment, is being built in the vicinity
and, when completed, this and easy access to I-4, will make Westbury a much sought-after
location. In the area, can be found many championship golf courses, including Ridgewood
Lakes, Highlands Reserve and Champions Gate. |
