My name is Hilary and I run a Florida villa rental and sales business based in Nottingham,
England. We are a small, family-run company, with two villas of our own, the Cherokee
and Rainbow Springs. We also help a number of other owners in renting their properties, trying
to help them fill in the gaps in their rental calendar.
Some years ago, I attended school in Florida, passed my exams and gained my Real Estate licence,
enabling me to legally sell properties there. Since then, I have guided several people through the
process of buying their own property in the Florida sunshine.
All of the above has meant that I have made good contacts along the way, so that I can help with
flights, car hire and attraction tickets as well as all aspects of buying a property of your own.
